We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It has everything one might need in a beach house. Also, a beautiful outside area and table large enough to seat all the family. It is just steps from a lovely beach and is easily a walk to it. The cottage is perfect! It's also in a family friendly neighborhood.

The Wild Rose Cottage was a wonderful retreat for our family. We enjoyed being just steps from the beach in the campground neighborhood. The backyard was great for eating meals outdoors surrounded by the beautiful landscaping. Inside, the cottage was neat and clean with a modern coastal vibe. The front porch seating was perfect for a morning cup of coffee, a good book or an evening cocktail.

This home was very nice and rustic, just what I was looking for. The home was so relaxing, sitting out on the front porch in the morning with my coffee and people watching. In the evening after a day at the beach the back yard has everything you need. The owner responded quickly for any questions that I had. Thank you and I hope to return again.

Sarah’s cottage was incredibly cozy, full of character, and just a few steps from the beach — exactly what we were looking for. We reached out to Sarah a few times during the trip and she was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when we had a small issue come up (a small accident on our part). In addition to her helpful replies, she also made it clear that she was always reachable if any additional issues came up, which we appreciated. We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s home and hope to come back next year!

We really enjoyed staying at this little summer cottage in Harwich Port. The cottage is old, small, creaky, quirky, and oh so charming! The new appliances and other amenities blend really well with the rustic elements of the cottage. Our favorite parts of the property were the outdoor spaces - they are perfect - beautiful and comfortable by day and by night thanks to the landscape lighting and large fire pit. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thank you Sarah!

Beautiful, comfortable, updated, and spacious home! Ample space for a large family with lots of comfy seating and space for eating whether it is outside or inside in the bright dining room surrounded by windows. itself is in a quiet, woodsy residential area with a unique secluded feeling. The outdoor area has a large patio and deck, fire pit, hammock, and lots more seating. There is a quaint bunkhouse in the backyard with room to sleep or hang out and play games/watch t.v on a cool night or work remotely. The bayside beach is a ten-minute walk away and the house comes equipped with comfy sheets, lots of towels, paper products, and beach gear. Our hosts were communicative and quick to respond to our texts and emails. I'd love to stay again! Favorite ocean side beaches close by are Coastguard beach, Marconi beach and more of a drive, to Head of the Meadow beach.

memory is watching movies on the large screen tv at night. We enjoyed Wellfleet drive ins, Arnold's seafood, and Cooks beach sunset. We even caught a couple get engaged. Being a biking family we were close to PTown dune trails, and not far from Hyannis port to grab a ferry to Nantucket for the day. We have been visiting the cape for 11 years and this house was our favorite so far. The elevated quality of the house felt like we were at a resort. We appreciated all the small details this house offered and would love to return to this home. Owners are very attentive and thoughtful. Very easy to communicate with and welcoming.

We had an outstanding week vacation at the Sea Watch Cottage. The location was great, an easy walk to a number of bayside beaches. The house provide beach chairs etc for your use. The cottage has been completely redone with top of the line appliances etc. It has plenty of room for before inside and out door meals with family and friends. We will be back.

We had an absolutely lovely week in Sarah’s home. It was so clean, with comfy beds, nice linens and towels and a well-equipped kitchen. We spent many nights walking to the nearby bay beaches for sunset or a picnic dinner and then back to sit by the fire-pit. Ate meals on the spacious deck. The outdoor shower is also very lovely - we didn’t use the indoor one once (but the bathroom is very nice). Great for a family or group of friends. Would stay again.

This little beach house is such a gem. Not only is the inside clean and gorgeously decorated, but it’s a close walk to the beach and stalked with any and everything you might need for it. We spent the week there with our young children and we made such beautiful family memories. We frequented the nearby private beach since it’s so close, and also had basically every meal on the big outdoor back deck. Sarah was responsive and got back to me practically immediately with any questions I had. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I grew up spending summers on the Cape and as an adult, we rent a home here every year. This was our first time renting on the Outer Cape and Sarah's house was the perfect spot for us. Easy drive to Welfleet, Truro and PTown. The location being in walking distance to a neighborhood beach was wonderful as it was a good destination for morning walks and for watching the sunset. Sarah's home was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We would definitely rent again!
