Sea Watch Cottage is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends. The beautifully renovated three-bedroom, one-bathroom home is located in a private, walkable neighborhood on the bay, offering spectacular sunsets and a peaceful stay. With a short walk, you can access the private association beach to enjoy the sun, sand, surf, and spectacular sunsets. 

The galley kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with high-end appliances. There’s an indoor dining room, outdoor four-person hightop table next to the propane grill, and an outdoor dining table for six on the expansive deck. The deck also features two chaise loungers with an umbrella, which can be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom. There are three bedrooms in total. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and sliding door to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and bedside bookshelf. The third bedroom has a full bed along with a twin bunk, underbed storage, and closet. Between the three bedrooms is the fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is well equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and more. 

The patio features a fire pit with three Adirondack chairs, perfect for nighttime conversations and s’mores. The large hangout shed on the property is stocked with games, a tv, and plenty of seating, making it a perfect hangout spot for kids and adults alike, whether it's a rainy day or a cozy night in. Off of the hangout space is a large outdoor shower. Laundry can be accessed on the side of the house. Beach accessories are located in the shed at the bottom of the driveway.
